The single roomed restaurant gave a very intimate feel, and being able to watch the chefs prepare your food was a very unique part of the experience. I was a little intimidated by the menu, because of its uniqueness, however being from the South gravitated towards the fried chicken. It was arguably the best thing I have ever tasted.

Franck's is one of my absolute favorite restaurants in Salt Lake. Every time I visit, there is a new item and new unique flavors running through my mouth. At my last visit, I had the Tempura crab, which infused Asian and French resulting in an incredible taste I have never experienced. Every item is delicious, especially his appetizers and desserts. My only complaint is the bright lighting, I wish it was a little more romantic but I guess the almost perfect restaurant has to have some small fault!
Pros: Food...everything is amazing. Servers are always friendly too
