Quick Peek

"Body of Lies" is based on "Washington Post" columnist David Ignatius' 2007 novel about a CIA operative, Roger Ferris, who uncovers a lead on a major terrorist leader suspected to be operating out of Jordan. When Ferris devises a plan to infiltrate his network, he must first win the backing of cunning CIA veteran Ed Hoffman and the collegial, but perhaps suspect, head of Jordanian intelligence. Although ostensibly his allies, Ferris questions how far he can really trust these men without putting his entire operation--and his life--on the line.

User Reviews for Body of Lies

Usually DiCaprio movies are well done and have a good story line. In this movie the story line was difficult to follow as the movie jumped from one scene to another. It was never completely clear what Di Caprio was trying to accomplish as an CIA agent or change in Syria or Iraq. The way he and Crowe argued over everything made it even harder to understand what the movie was trying to convey to the audience. Over all I felt the movie was poorly directed which corrupted what could have been a good story. Save your time money it is not worth leaving the house for. Zoggy

I like it, it was good but not great, I was hoping they shoot it in Jordan or Abu Dabi, but they end up in Morroco, its fine but you dont feel its real.

Pros: good cast

Cons: missing few things
